Every Month some managers will recieve awards for doing certain things such as manager of the month, signing of the month and Role-Play of the month. Players will also recieve awards which are player of the month. The first award will be given one month after the game begins and will carry on throughout the season and there will be awards at the end of the season. Unfortunately you wont win any money for this but it will help your reputation in the game Manager Rankings - This is decided on how many games you have won how good your role-plays are and tactics.
