Every club in the leagues can sign non-players such as coaches and assisstant managers.

During season one there were a few request that could managers have human assisstants like friends and family to help them out with the role-plays and tactics.

We have decided that for season 2 we are going to allow managers to have human assisstants but these assisstants must fill in an application form and where is says two clubs you would like to manage you must write you want to be an assisstant and which club. Before we give you the position we will make sure that it is ok with the current manager at the club. You are allowed a maximum of ONE human assisstant per team. If the manager got sacked then htere is a big possibility that we will promote the assisstant to be manager of the club.

Or you could create your own assisstant. If you decide to do this then please tell us so we can add there names to the clubs and managers list.
