The Rules on this page need to be followed exactly or you will find yourself being removed from the game All managers are expected to send it tactics two days before their game is due to be played and every manager is expected to do a Role-Play since as this game is a role-playing game. No managers can ask any of the league runners for help at any time during the game, if you do we will no give you an answer. We will not tell any managers the scores of the games before they are placed on the site you just have to be patient and some games will be played on Sunday. Role-Plays can either be sent through the form which will just be sent to the league owners or by e-mail to everyone in the game. The Role-Play list is for Role-Plays only do not send anything else to the managers do not send any chain mail or you will be sacked. Role-Plays to other managers inside the league must not contain any offensive language. Managers who do this will be instantly removed from the game. The Role-Plays are there to help tell other managers what is going on with your team etc. Role-Plays must not be sent to the admin address as this is for problems only and we do not wish for it to get flooded with role-plays meaning we have to sort through all the e-mails. Do not complain about the results we have played the games fairly. We do not have preferences over teams meaning we want one team to win the league all the teams are equal. They all get treated equally at the weekend and the results come down to how well the manager has done in the past week with his role-plays and tactics. There will be four board members when the season begins and whatever they say goes DO NOT argue with them over results etc. If you do you will either find that your club looses money or points. If its severe then you may lose your job! In season 1 we were asked if having human assisstants was allowed for this season we are going to try it but if it gets out of hand then we will have to stop it. MSN Messenger service or ICQ are two very good ways of contacting managers about transfers etc. We have placed a chatroom on the site for managers who wish to chat if you dont have ICQ or MSN. We are going to try and promote the use of this chatroom during the season for such avents as live games and others. One of the USSM Team members is likely to go onto the Chatroom and put on all the results so if you go onto the chatroom you can find out the results early. When signing up you are requested to submit a password you MUST REMEMBER this. We do have a record of all the passwords but you still need to know it. This is because you will need to use the password to go into your managers area and to submit forms. We feel that its a good idea to have passwords because people cant forge forms so DONT give out your password to anyone. Only the board members and yourself should no. We do keep records of EVERYONES password so we know if people have forged forms and we can find out who has done it if its not yourself. Transfers will only be completed when the USSM Team has recieved IDENTICAL forms for the player. After the forms have been submitted on occasions we will check with both managers that the form is correct and that they have agreed to the transfer. Once you have submitted the forms you cant change you mind about it. A transfer deadline is due to be set for every player on the transfer list. Tactics must be submitted on Thursday at 8:30pm BST as we understand that some managers on the game do work and so arent home until later on. This gives them more time to write their tactics. We have tried to make the form as easy as possible to use there are so many because it helps us. Every member on the Team has a different job to complete. The transfer forms go to one person the division 1 tactics form goes to one person and the division 2 tacitcs form goes to a different one and it saves us time because we dont have to go through every e-mail and see what it is. There is a clock on the site which scrolls along the bottom with a message behind it. We have placed that there so that and managers in a different time zone can check what the time is in BST. |
