Scouting players is a very effective way of finding new talent from outside of the USSM leagues. Every time you scout a player from outside the USSM leagues it will cost you to send the scout over to the other country and get him put up in a hotel etc. The cost depends on where you send the player to in the world.

We will not allow managers to constantly scout. You can only do one scouting mission per week. This is because no club can have more than one scout and as im sure you will agree its impossible to be in two different countries at any time.
